What happens if not enough people buy a deal?
There are no minimum limits, so as soon as you make your purchase, you will be emailed your voucher. But deals do change often, and may end at any time. So if you see a deal you like, we recommend purchasing it to secure your voucher. Our generous refund policy ensures that if you change your mind within 7 days of your purchase and have not used your voucher, we will refund your purchase in full. No questions asked.

How will I receive my voucher?
Your voucher will be emailed to you immediately upon your purchase. You can also view your vouchers in your My Account section

Will my voucher expire?
Yes, every voucher has a stated expiry date, beyond which it can no longer be used.

Can I use my voucher with another offer/discount at the same business?
No, unless it is specifically mentioned in the voucher terms when you made the purchase.

If I don’t use the full value of my voucher in one visit do I get a credit for the remainder?
No, unless it is specifically mentioned in the voucher terms when you purchased it.

My voucher hasn't expired, but the business won’t let me redeem my voucher.
Please contact us with details and we will work to resolve the issue.

If a business I’ve got a voucher for closes before I get to redeem it, what happens?
We will refund your money in full.

What are the bank & processing fees for?
These fees vary from time to time and are based on the type of payment method used, and include bank and credit card processing fees to process the Voucher purchase, as well as our costs to provide customer service to each Voucher purchaser following their purchase.

I’ve changed my mind on a deal. Can I get a refund?
Definitely! If you change your mind within 7 days of your purchase and have not used your voucher, we will refund your purchase in full. No questions asked. If you change your mind after the 7 day period, then it is at Local Group Deals' discretion and each request will be treated on a case by case basis according to our Refund Policy stated at Terms & Conditions
